Synopsis
The film documents the presidential campaign of Xu Jiujing, chairman of the Vegetarian People's Party, in a mockumentary style. Xu Jiujing, who sports a white spot on his nose, finds himself driven by patriotic concern for his people despite his success in the vegetarian food industry. He resolves to run for President of the Republic of China. From his daily life to the minutiae of his campaign headquarters, his earnest desire to do good consistently backfires. Ultimately, scandal forces him to withdraw from the presidential race.
